Code Mystics implemented rollback into the Steam and PS4 versions of 2k2UM, and it's hands down one of the greatest netplay experiences I've ever had. They've done the same for Garou, Last Blade 2, SamSho V Special, and KoF97. Their ports unfortunately don't have lobbies, but they're still a blast to play. Since the netcode update for 2k2UM is recent, you can still get a handful of decent matches.
