The air grew eerily tense. The little mortal on the road barely came up to the hoof of the great Flaaffy Goddess of the Hunt. The mask she wore completely hid her face, even the slots for eyes were mysteriously pitch black and empty. Her outfit was fierce and ominous, coupled with bow of lethal design she held in her hand.

The warrior Artemessa knelt before mortal to get a better look. Seconds of stillness passed as the 100 foot divine analyzed.

Then she raised a free hand to below her mask, a gesture to show she intended to take off. What lay behind the mask of an archer with such a visual disposition frantically thought the mortal before her?

Off slid the mask revealing an adorably cute face of stark contrast. Beautiful blue eyes that seem to glimmer slightly in daylight gazed down.

“Bah?” sounded the sweet and soft spoken goddess. “Who you be? You’re cute.”

This was commissioned by  jsk244 as a gift to Artemessa’s biggest fan  SaintAbsol. It represents SaintAbsol’s sona being inserted into my world to serve the Goddess of the Hunt.

These two have done great things in helping develop the first warrior of my cast, who largely was undeveloped for so many years.
