I don't like how Oli is treating them... but then again, this simply is a sign of human nature being what it is. Exploitive, abusive and downright demeaning to anything that's deemed lesser than themselves, willing to use the lessers to get what they want by any means necessary. I realize it might not be Oli's exact intent but it is how he comes across...

Oli is on a mission to scout out and take note of all the relevant materials, their job wasn't necessarily to be nice to the locals which yeah... pretty exploitive, abusive and demeaning.

Couldn't even hide your condescension for a second, could you Oli? I got a feeling he's either going to get stuck with a spear in his limb, or his breathing tube cut exposing his face and lungs to the corrupting mana if he keeps this up.

Yeah Oli isn't exactly handling this perfectly... Though to be fair I imagine there aren't a lot of standard practices for contact with sapient lizards who claim that they are humans from 100+ years ago.

Yeah if they knew what they'd encounter they probably would've sent someone trained in anthropological inquiry, or at least made sure Oli didn't say anything stupid.

Technically? Though all drekir who would awaken would have been in stasis for 100 years, so its more like skipping 100 years
