Finally, I can present a new character and my first into Sonic World : Tora, the Dragon. She's based from the old mobian dragons design (Pre-Super Genesis Wave design, for those who knows).
Her abilities are focused on electricity :
- Spit thunderbolts
- Electrify parts of her body
- Transfer electricity to anything/one she grabs
- Absorb electricity from robots, machines electricity-based and directly from natural lightning.
- Grow in size when she absorbs too much
Unlike majority of dragons on Mobius, she controls electricity only and is not multi-element.
