Specimen 209- "The Creature"
Finally we can speak about the true form of Specimen 209. Doctor [REDACTED]'s notes to follow:
"...Finally we've uncovered the true form of this particular specimen and now we know why it's appearance is always changing. This creature seems to wear other forms almost like a second skin, using those forms to blend into our society.
The creature is completely covered with smooth black skin that has an almost peach fuzz texture to it. It's eyes have no pupils and emit a soft glow. There are marks on it's face, legs, and tail that point to this creature not being completely of biological origins but all attempts to test samples from this specimen come back with inconclusive results.
It has three fingered hands, and two toed feet. It's mouth [when visible] reveals sharp double lined teeth and a long prehensile tongue. The specimen is also capable of producing up to four tentacles from it's back seemingly at will. [Additional note: It was later understood that the tentacles could only be produced when the specimen was well nourished]
Personnel that have come in extended contact with the specimen's tentacles do not often return intact. The Specimen may simply draw it's prey in to devour it's flesh, but it has also been seen to draw transform the victim into one of it's 'skins'. These 'skins' appear as costumes, until worn by the specimen when they become indistinguishable from normal flesh blood and fur. Tests are inconclusive if these victims retain any sentience after these transformation.
Once in a 'skin' the Specimen cannot be removed from it by force, and any damage inflicted to the Specimen does not appear on the 'skin' after it is removed.
Containment procedures to follow..."
