Happy 4th of July everyone!
I made some Independence Day themed cheesecakes! Mini cheesecakes topped with strawberries (red), blueberries (blue), and white chocolate ganache piped on top! After making 124 of these, my friends pointed out to me the cheesecake itself is already white and I didn't need to make the white chocolate ganache.. FML!
Anyways, gotta go to bed to deliver them to people tomorrow! ^^ -passes out-
