Another Phyrexian piece, this time for  Kyubi_Kumiho

"The fallen queen on her corrupt throne, her gelid fog rolling across the land"
Describes the scene pretty well. Kalinki has begun her Compleation at the hands of the Black-Mana Steel Thanes and the Blue-Mana Progress Engine. The icy fog she can use carries traces of the Glistening Oil within it, to begin corruption of those its frosty fingers grasp. She has a small squadron of thopter drones that glow like fox-fire within her fox, providing her with observations and intel as she rests on her throne.
