They attack Shulkers and use the shells for their own shields, being able to block both long range and melee attacks and explode when they get too close to you. They may give you the same floating effect Shulkers give you from their bullets when the end creepers explode.

They'll be found hiding in and around end cities while hunting Shulkers.
