I call it Wachipo because it's WAT(watmel)+CHI(chibitomboy)+PO(pepo, the name of the type of fruit watermelon is).

Details are lacking other than; Wachipo is a Grass-type, it learns Bullet Seed and, thanks to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire_pumpkins_and_watermelons), it evolves into a Dark/Grass type.
