HAHA I get a monthly LIA-- and for a while my arm did a "power level 9000" and spit the stuff out of the injection site making it impossible to safely dose.
So for about 6 months I had a monthly shot in my ss.
Other then stripping almost naked Id say its better in the hip too though any shot hurts. Especially when its 175mL going into solid muscle ><
