This is a sketch that 
Ghostwolf did of Katya that definitely portrays the side of her that always keeps her body in top condition. When she was a cub she already did possess immense strength, but it was the discipline that her parents put her through to control it. Then of course enhanced it and her other physical abilities to their peak condition.
Even right now she would have the opportunity to do her weapons training to make sure she is always prepared for multiple situations. Of coures, over time her profession did change, but the skills that came with it truly never go away. Especially, the consquences of such actions in the past as well. Looking back she may have had some regret, but now is just moving forward with what she has now.
