One of my Sonic characters. Scope the Mole. A simple guy until a machine using a Chaos Emerald blew up in his face. His burnt eye was fulled with chaos energy, and he plans to use it to kill the owner of the machine.
I drew the image, inked on tracing paper and penciled it in. Didn't turn out as well as I wanted, but it not too sucky.
