In this case I do not mean any one synth design in particular. Just referring to it being synthetic in general. The artificial muscle look in particular is what brings the word to mind. Opposed to being more blocky and mechanical looking, which would inspire the word 'Mechanical' for 'Mech'/'Mecha Dragon'.
