i know what she means about wrong color though. i live with a couple of d&d fanatics who "know" what colors EVERYTHING is SUPPOSED to be. arrrrgh! (one of whom even takes commissions to paint minis. his own mini army is biker war hammer orcs)

(the colors i painted mine, back in the day when i did, would probably make their eyes bleed and shit kittens. (if i still had any, which i don't) they were the colors i liked and i didn't give a rat about what the gaming world thought they were supposed to be, because i used them, got rid of all their combat stuff, horror of horrors, as simple honest peaceful alien civilians in my own miniature worlds. with trains of course. oh MY colors? neon lime olive and pumpkin orange, among others.)
