Sometimes getting access to patients overseas is quite the challenge, being a Galarian born and landbound Skwovet like Sally means it would be rather hard to get access to a client over in the Unova Region...Fortunately having a friend like a very large and very hefty Snowy Owl in the form of Wheatley certainly makes chartering a more personal flight there much more of a Breeze...it's rare that he makes such exceptions like this...but Sally is willing to provide enough food and money for his troubles. Despite his stern exterior, he really does have a Heart of Gold~
