Well, you can't have a d20 campaign in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe without at least one of the TMNT making a cameo appearance and of course, it's my personal favorite, Raphael. Older, more cynical but still on the streets fighting crime. I decided to put him in some clothes as well, because New York gets cold and he's a turtle.
