Not to be mistaken for Earth 3, it is a universe where a specific event was changed in the characters’ lives, and the consequences that come with it.

Unlike the man we know and love, he has never taken claim to his old childhood insult and has never been known as the Penguin. He helps the vigilantes through illegal means, as in getting information and medical assistance, but otherwise tries to keep his hands cleaned of all affairs.
