Here Be Dragons - a Whackadoodle Inn Thursday Prompt
*smiles... Ben Nose helped me out with this one...
This story is dedicated to the Shakespeare Brewing Company, because their bottle labels are all furry! How I would love to stop by their place for a cold one.

Another enjoyable episode of "Whackadoodle Inn". I really like Ben's character. I don't know if I ever told you this, but Ben reminds me a lot of John Carradine's character of 'Reverend Serenity Johnson' on his son's show "Kung Fu". Whenever I read Ben's words, I hear Mr. Carradine's voice. Serenity was an interesting man who had his sight taken from him in his old age and gained much wisdom as a result.
Kudos!

I'm going to print this one out for Shelby. It's that good (and I'm not in it. LOL) After staring at numbers on a screen all day, she likes her leisure reading to be from real print. I read it twice...this morning and last night, because I conked out in the middle of it about 10:30 pm, NOT because of the quality of writing (which was excellent) but mostly from fatigue and a nightcap.
This is one ranks among your best.

This was a relaxing read, and its good to see Ben Nose is still around, so far Katie's quite the endearing character already.
"Here there by dragons." In the context of this story, I can only assume that the pastor's wife thought the flowers made for quite the strong tea.
