At least you tried. It's suitable for practice purposes.

Just a suggestion try flipping it inside out and doing the seam in a round stich so when you turn it back outside in then the seam can't be seen. And you can pin the stripes down as you sew them to make them straighter.
It looks good for a second try though! I am so jelious lol. I only have a scarf to wear and I have to hide it when I'm around the house and I can't wear it outside xD.
