Here's my tutorial on how to use psd files for phone usage
When I get all the transparent pngs done I always put them in a folder together to separate them from any other transparent pngs/bases
I also use medibang for my phone it's free
There is also autodesk sketchbook or Ibis paint X
It's all preference give them a try and see which is better for your liking
My phone is a moto G stylus so it comes with a hard tip stylus, I prefer it over trying to find one.. but for any other phone I'm unsure of what pen would work with what phone, my moto stylus can also work my LG stylo 4 phone but my LG stylo 4 stylus does not work on my Moto G phone
