A working design for the terrorists' uniforms; theres a lighter outfit on the left, and a heavier on the right. Up in the corner is the fan system to the armored suit, it's what keeps them in a low temperature in the heated jungles; it may give you an advantage in battle too, as destroying it will restrict the soldier's preformance in battle.
they look pretty stiff where they stand, but it's just a model stand in for the uniform designs.

weapons? it depends on the armor class; the lighter classes will carry stuff like pistols, some higher carries smg's, then assault rifles, then shotguns, and so on. all of the classes have different weaknesses and such, but it's still a working progress, and working designs ;)
