A new PC character art for our d20 Modern Campaign "Tales from Mutant Town" it's Panda Jim! He was a National Guardsman in NYC when the mutagen bomb went off. Stuck in Mutant Town he put his training to use by keeping homeless mutants safe in a shelter that he now runs -- and keeps safe with his AA12 Auto Shotgun.
