So, the last animal I saw on the way out of the WNC Nature Center was the Great Horned Owl. Large, beautiful, silent. They're actually hoping slowly down to a feeder mouse, I do have photos of the owl eating it, but I decided against posting those. Beautiful bird, and while there are a few living in the woods around here, finding one out to take its photo... That's a different story.
