Spent about an hour and a half at the WNC Nature Center. Towards the end, after seeing the wolves, foxes, coyotes [who were sleeping their heads off], We ended at the Aviary. This one here is a Red Tailed Hawk. Just hanging out, watching their keeper down bellow set out a mouse on a perch. I tried to get a shot of them in flight, but... didn't happen. Either way, I had a lot of fun running around seeing the animals, though for the most part they were sleeping.
