I'm of the opinion that everyone can sing if the put a little effort into it and practice ^^. I've found that the more you sing, the stronger your singing voice will get. I mean...if you go listen to some of my older stuff (I think a lot of that is in scraps now) you might not even believe I'm the same person xP.
