Looks like Groo wanted to be a Dragon-roo again ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/6434887/ , https://www.furaffinity.net/view/7320887/ ), so decided to ask for the pill based on the formula created out of the first dragon roo experiment.

However, it seems since the GHP restarted after it's long hiatus a few years back, they have outsourced the creation of Groo's hybridization pills to Kieli Industries. The pills custom made when the roo requests one, rather than have pills already on hand.

However, seems there was some unexpected changes to the pill formula with the way Kieli Industries created it.
Groo has previously been dye furred when he had previously been the dragon roo, this time he was undyed in his natural grey fur.

When he took the pill all seemed fine; the usual dizziness and body shock that came with the previous dragon-roo formation... however this time his scales where slick and squeaky... and it seems elements of his dyed fur colours has oddly developed amongst the edges of his rubbery scales.

I have the feeling the lab will want to do some tests to see how this could have happened.
Whatever contaminated the pills, Groo might just want Kieli to develop a way to have his normal form become this rubbery skinned simply a roo >//> I mean these scales sure are shiny and smooth and glossy and he may or may not want those effects any time he likes.
