Just the fact that the guy is pretty much asking for the same thing that the 1st scam...I MEAN! "Fan" did would raise some red flags for sure.

I too remember when they tried to Commission me during the Summer. I did a rough doodle on how the Commission may look, so we can agree on the layout, nothing too detailed, but then they kept demanding I show them the full Image. They then proceeded to block me, when I asked they pay for the commission first, before seeing the full Image.
Thankfully, they have been the only time some thing like that has happened, and most have been understanding when it comes to commissions.

I figured the best way to deal with it last time was to throw together a quick sketch & take it public when they wouldn't pay. As far as I can tell that eventually led to that account getting banned.

Since this appears to be the same person, I thought I'd have a little fun with it and go straight to the public part and making possibly the best drawing in history? I mean, those fish are amazing.

How on earth does he think he can get away with trying the same trick on the same artists. Like I get its a different screen name, but everyone has their own style of writing. You can tell from miles away it's the same person.

When you are a good artist with reasonable commission rules, but people like this still think they are entitled to scam you. Smh

Also, funny, he changed from Otto the cat to Pongo the dalmatian, how curious. And this guy have been making creepy questions via notes to me. Heck, he even said if he could be a friend of mine!
