Does anyone know this tune? Anyone?

I seriously wanna know what it sounds like because when KinkyTurtle did this drawing of me I looked at it and I feel like I'm looking at something that's a fusion of Dr Seuss and Dadaism.

Maybe if I can be directed towards the tune on Youtube I may enjoy this pic twice as much. It is rather amuseing as is, but I like getting in on the full joke sometimes.
