The NX-42 is a mobile factory, capable of constructing a whole army of parts, ships, drones, and androids as needed.
Each of the five full time crew members gets a personal shuttle craft (excluding Wrath, who is a god and doesn't need one) customized with their own colors; the ship's AI itself, Nix, also has her own personal craft. Syd was insistent on the production of a jet fighter and thus the shark-inspired Theta line was created.

A lot of these things need a bit more work in their design, but I'll only really do that if I'm going to use them again, if that makes sense.
