I have been working on a new character for a while and I wanted it to have a pattern based on this dress I have that honestly looks like a Rorschach test but I quickly realized how long that would take to recreate so, I designed this instead it's still very busy and would be a huge pain to keep those details consistent, at least for my self it would be
(cuz I'm lazy) so, I may sell the design to those more capable or who would want to have this character commissioned for art... Inquire in the comments if interested until such time I may attempt art with this new character.
