Kiyone thought she'd finally got her lucky break. She had the dreaded "Space Witch" Cassiopeia cornered in a heist attempt. Kiyone had a her gun trained on the pirate, ready to blast her to pieces if she tried anything. Now all she had to do was get the cuffs on her.
Then Mihoshi dropped the cuffs in her usual clumsiness. Kiyone only took her eyes off of the perp for a few seconds to yell at her ditzy partner, but that was all Cassiopeia needed to draw her weapon and get a good shot off.
Now, as the pirate flew off on her space-broom (she took her "space witch" look very seriously) and Mihoshi bumbled about looking for her missing partner, all Kiyone could do was croak in frustration. So much for that promotion she was hoping for . . .
