Introducing one of my latest created characters, Victor!

Inspired by a friend, he's an east European lugia. He quite loves cooking, as well as a bit of the drink, although he can get a bit carried away with friends.

I hope everyone likes him, as I've had a monumental amount of fun fleshing him out. There's more to him, which will be explored in art, or inquiry, in time. So if you like lugias, keep a keen eye out!
