Anatomically, animal thighs tend to be a bit narrower (left/right axis) and deeper (back/front axis) than human thighs. The heel also tends to be broader to support a distinct pad. The middle two toes tend to be larger and more defined while the outer two toes tend to be smaller. Claws tend to press out from the toes instead of rest against them. All of the above can be considered artistic choices to include or ignore. In terms of the picture itself, the one error I see besides that is that the perspective is a little odd between the foot in the foreground and that in the rear ground. The ankle should be bent in more on the nearer foot. It looks over-long, like it's being stretched towards the camera in an otherwise neutral pose.
