Triceraton character that will be in an upcoming chapter of TMNT - Severed, it's Rommel! Palling around originally with Tora and Crainiac, he later becomes a goon (hired goon) that fights alongside Raphael. He's not too bright but can hit stuff....hard. He was also ousted from the Tricerton homeworld for banging a princess. Oops.

His shirt is an homage to "Big Trouble In Little China".
