This Indian dish is great to make for one or two mouths, it’s better than takeout and it’s just as spicy as a curry you’d get from an Indian restaurant.
Here’s how to do it:
1-take a pack of 2 minute rice and heat in microwave
2-wash, peel, and boil potatoes in a pot
3-chop your favourite veggies and cook in a pan with olive oil
4-add your favourite spices, mix and simmer for 5 minutes
5-add chicken and cook for 5 minutes on one side then flip, and simmer for another 5 minutes
6-add butter chicken sauce, mix, add potatoes, mix again and simmer for 5 final minutes
7-serve on plate with rice and chutney, and enjoy!
