Hey guys, I'm back from my break ^^.
This is probably one of my favorite pieces - I like listening to ol' Frankie Blue Eyes myself and I put a playlist of his songs in the background while painting this. I think the nostalgia comes through nicely in this piece, doesn't it?

Frankie was caricatured in Warner Bros cartoons... most famously, he and Bing Crosby were a pair of roosters trying to get the chickens in Porky Pigs farm to lay eggs for the wear effort. In another Warner cartoon... he tries to sip a drink with a straw... but as he tries, and tries to drink... he has no strength and instead gets sucks into the straw! I have a few original 78 rpm records with him and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra on Victor Records, and a few when he went over to Columbia Records. But he hit his zenith at Capitol Records and have quite a few of those including Come Fly With Me with those fabulous TWA Lockheed Constellations on the cover.
