Our participant is getting pumped up to protect her kits and better handle her massive frame. (Well, I say "massive," but due to her shrink she's only around 4 feet high. It feels massive to her, at any rate.)

We'll have another straightforward round. One winner. Anything you want, long as it doesn't require an R-rated pic to show off the change.
Off-limits this round: Muscle alteration.

My second suggestion: she gives birth.
Of course you won't show the actual birth, but it'd be cute to see miniature (moreso) versions of her. And it's not the same as cloning, because the original is no longer pregnant, so that's an actual change. Plus, if you can sneak in some breastfeeding (it's happened in Baby Blues)...
By now I'm overthinking this, but the kids will have less hair, less muscle, and probably no breasts.

I would be down with this idea, minus the breast feeding. It's not a strict matter of whether it was done outside of R-rated movies. It's more about what I'm personally comfortable with drawing. I simply use "R rated" as a general rule because people understand what that means and the boundary between PG and R is more or less where I draw the line. Otherwise I'd have to tediously list every single "will do/won't do" and some people probably wouldn't read it anyway. :-/
I'm fine with changing her to a vixen, but I really like the many arms and legs.
