I made another pokemon fanart! Wanted to try and make charmander because he's always been my favourite uwu

I also did it because I wanted to try and make a speedpaint out of it!! I've been trying this for awhile now but it didnt work on the other art pieces because I messed up and had to redo half of the drawing so I gave up on the speedpaint. I finally did it though after getting some inspiration from a friend :)
