She is sitting on a Lion Dance Head because I thought of that she is sitting on stone blue toned dog head where she can chill as it floats around and it serves as her portal to other realms. Just think of this as her Chinese New Year celebration skin hehe. Floating lanterns wishing good luck are also a skin for her pink flames on her base skin.
