This is Melancho openly being a robot. Or at least his half-bat form showing off his more robotic parts. Rihanna did some work on him and now he's even more equipped for future dangers.
Some minor changes from his regular form. His nose looks like a Type B electrical outlet, so he can easily power an appliance by plugging it into there. His eyes flip outwards to cameras that see in high definition and allow him to scan other characters. They even have LEDs in them that change colors depending on his mood! And his ears, though already good at receiving sound, are able to produce it instead.
He already had the Stomach Grinder. Not much new with that one, it easily destroys most things Melancho can eat. It also has nanomachines in it that counteract pathogens and biohazardous materials, allowing him to eat garbage without penalty as per his original job. But his lower legs and arms are made of a sensitive morphing metal through which Melancho can still control easily as well as conduct magic and electricity through. The neurometal is a must-have for cyborgs that want to be wizards or still feel with their prosthetics.
He has a miniature Speed Core installed inside of his chest, an augment meant for high-tech vehicles that ups their acceleration if not top speed altogether. Installed within Melancho's body, it will put him into overdrive for a minute straight, allowing him to go fast enough to leave four aftershadows that mimic his moves seconds after he does them, as well as improvise weapons. Because anything can be dangerous with enough speed or torque applied to it. This will drain his energy reserves, and if he doesn't have any plasma energy on him it will drain his body's nutrients instead and leave him so exhausted that he needs to sleep soon afterwards.
She also gave him a version of the energy cannon called the Gemini Cannons, which Melancho can equip on both of his arms, and fire faster and simultaneously more than one cannon. They even have three claw prongs to grab things with if necessary! He eventually does add other capabilities to them as well, so there's that.
I suppose last of all Melancho has a rather talkative AI to help him control his cybernetics and advise his decisions, plus it knows what he's thinking. He names it Overclock. You can imagine it sounding like any talking computer or robot character you want, even text to speech works. But I like to imagine it has the tone of the HEV suit with a more fluid speaking pattern. Because of his mental connection with his robot half, Melancho can also interface with computers and other technology as well, as long as he can access it through wifi / bluetooth.

All in all, Melancho's cybernetics both make him incredibly dangerous but also delightfully convenient.
