I asked keh to make a character for my leetle world, and we ended up discussing what an underwater race would do in terms of tattoos.
We came up with something involving glowing jellyfish, and it's really kind of silly so I'm not going to explain it. :B
Anyway, this is Kees't, bff and employee of Keh's Najwa (WHEN SHE POSTS IT BECAUSE FFFFF WOMAN I WANNA SEE.), and general all around awesome dude.
Oh, and by the way, apparently his dad is this world's equivalent of Chuck Norris. UNDERWATER.

also called 'Black light tattoos'; they only show up under a UV/Black light, unless they're an obnoxious color, then they're kind of visible in normal light.
