"This... suit is stiff." Lockjaw grimaced, trying to move his arms in the stiff fabric. Frustrated, he tried to bite off a bit of the fabric, finding it was extremely uncomfortable. To his surprise and pain, Lockjaw felt his own skin being pierced as he tried to tear off the jacket's fabric. "Me... me stuck! Fabric hurt to touch!"

"Well, it's a part of the schtick, y'see! You wanted a job with me, right?" The shopkeeper approached Lockjaw, smiling at the t-rex wryly. "Suit's a good fit for ya, I think you look good with it!"

"Me don't know whaaaaa-" Lockjaw's jaw dropped open, almost against his will. He tried to snap it shut but found the muscles he would use to do so no longer worked. He tried to stare down at himself, but found his body was stiffening. It didn't seem to just be the fabric at this point.

"Ahh, there we go!" The shopkeeper smirked as he leaned a hand on Lockjaw's shoulder. "I prefer my 'employees' don't talk.... Turning your mouth into a nutcracker mouth is much more efficient than using a ball gag...."

Lockjaw snarled as he tried to lift an arm to hit this man, not only for invading his personal space but turning his body into a nutcracker.... He managed to lift his arm above his head, but the effort to raise it, let alone put it back down, was immense. It was like rubbing two pieces of plywood together.

"Well, seems you may need a bit of oiling...." The shopkeeper started to nudge Lockjaw out the door. "I'll go get some while you attract customers, my lovely nutcracker! And don't worry -- your bonus comes with permanently being a nutcracker!"

Dismayed, Lockjaw wondered how he had gotten himself into this situation. Wait... did the shopkeeper say PERMANENT?
