Ok so I'm building a group of mafia mooks, and my first design, who I named Kkwabaegi, is a very normal-looking character so I wanted to also have a deranged looking one. Wondering if that's a character you'd like to see in action and if so, in what sort of situation. Why did I even do that? I don't know, lol

Billy Bob is not insane, just really fucking quirky; unhealthy at worst. So quirky, he's superimposed several ideologies to his persona, but makes sure to only be blatant about the murderous ideologies that are tolerated so he can't get banned from social media. And every time he takes a target down, he loves to come really close by their face and whisper : “look what just took you down, loser!”
The periscope is the weirdest element of his costume, but it's the only one that actually serves a purpose, he can't see shit in this thing. You mostly can't catch him off guard thanks to this clumsy-looking device. He's also equipped with a radio for good measure to keep in touch with his team and boss. All these improvements are helping a great deal since he's VERY insistent on never showing his face, some say he even has a life outside of this nonsense, but it could be hogwash; maybe he's just criminally ugly. No matter, you might catch him naked but you won't see his face.

The use of such outfits in this world may be a bit confusing. It certainly is at this point in time, as for millenia similar things were an integral part of the religious ceremonies of the main faith of anthros, which revolves for the most part around the idea of reincarnation. The conservative branch of the clergy frowns upon the extensive use of costumes and body modification for entirely secular uses, thought to disrupt the cycle of spirit passover. But they tend to at least be the more respectful and polite side of this incredibly vile shit-flinging debate. Reason, you ask? What is this and what's it good for? Does it get clicks and retweets?
