I'm not really sure if I like the blond spikes, but I think they look a bit better than the regular Shayde head--that, I find, just looks too plain in some of the artwork.

Maybe it's one of those little things that take a bit of time to get used to?

I think it just looks a bit anime-ish...which is odd, because I like anime, and you've already got Japanese weaponry, so why not an anime-ish style, too? And it might just be something to get used to, yes. I would like to see other artists' takes on it, for sure, though--I'd say keeping it would be a good idea, if it'll look good when done by other artists as well as when done by obsidianwolfess.
