Is it a biter?

As I recall, this one was pretty mellow... most babies will do a close-mouthed strike if they feel threatened tho (and when you're a baby snake, most everything is threatening!)

im planning on getting a baby snake what should I do to help it get use to me?

Handling a lot is good, though not on the day you feed them and not for at least two days after (so, if you feed on Monday don't handle till Wed)
Handle carefully, with gentle movements and don't make sudden movements towards the head / pet their head! (only burrowers don't seem to mind this)
Try to get a snake that doesn't seem too upset at being handled. A healthy baby will likely be a little twitchy, but one that constantly rears and strikes probably will always be a little hissy
I guess if the baby seems really stressed out don't handle for too long. 10-30 min at a time, though as they calm down they can come out for longer (be careful of being pooped on if they haven't pooped recently tho)

so basically if there stressed or if they ate don't handle them for a certain amount of time. Don't surprise them and pet them slowly to let them know you are not going to hurt them and don't hold them to tight just let them explore your hand.

I'd recommend holding them lightly, particularly babies - usually I keep a finger lightly on their body - the friction is enough that they can't startle and dive off my hand :) But light enough they can still crawl though.

funny thing is a few years ago they had a guy that let me hold a baby python. It wrapped around my arm and I was terrified because I know what they can do but it just held on and laid it's head on my shoulder.
