Another Cars fan-character I made.

Streaker's Bio:

Streaker is one of the newest residents in Radiator Springs. He's not very well liked because he thinks he's better then everyone else and constantly brags about how great he his. This once got him in trouble with Boost, Wingo, DJ, and Snot Rod. He may say he's a big hot shot, but he's really a big coward. He moved to Radiator Springs because he heard that Doc, the Fabulous Hudson Hornet, lived there. Turn out he and Doc have a rivalry that goes back to when Doc was still racing. Streaker was Doc's major opponent in those Piston Cup races. Streaker and Doc just plain hated each other. Doc explained that the only time he and Streaker never raced each other was during the year Doc had his accident. Turned out Streaker was accussed of attempting to fix the race that year and got disqualified as well as getting fired. Streaker is a 1933 Chevy.
