This is actually for someone's birthday and it happens to be Paul the bear's.
Here are the details Paul the bear feels a bit down so his in a new form called a serpragon will comfort him by eating him like this here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/39095353/
Paul slides in my throat making a big bunge as he goes trough his neck and as he lands in my belly Levi's belly bounces then a smiling imprint of Paul is on my belly sitting down.
Then on the last panel I pet my belly and say "I will always be there for you."
