The transition of the structure from human to horse doesn't look like it would be easy, but you pull it off well. I feel like he could fall over on all fours any second.

My only gripe lies in the fist forming the hooves: being more or less modified straight fingers, I imagine they would simply grow larger and thicker and such: of course, that is all creative license, I just obsess about using similarties in different species' anatomies, rather than considering shapes that more or less immediately resemble the desired shape, making the transformation quicker and easier to imagine.
