For my mate's birthday... Chameleongirl in bold! Some experimental heavy inking on this one, without my usual super-fussy crosshatching. This was almost harder than what I usually do (even though it DID require a LOT of touching-up in Photoshop). But generally, I'm happy with it.

You know.. Adobe Illustrator (CS2 specifically) had this function called Live Trace that is amazing simply to clean up and smooth out heavy line work like that. End up doing a lot less on the clean up front.
I'll post a example in scraps later today on the miracles of livetrace X3
