Syr'n is a fallen angel who dwells between planes trying to find a way to please the gods to get back to the Celestial Plane after being banished for their wrongdoings. To get back to the Plane, they ask what to do and the Divine Council ask them to save Terramania from eternal damnation. From that, they created the secret organization known as The Siren's Eye, known in myths as The Watchers.

The Siren’s Eye, commonly known in legends as The Watchers is an organization dedicated to keeping history and timelines in check. They are hidden observers in plain sight and are the course correctors of reality, usually trying to keep the planes stable. Spread across the planes, they were not known to regular plane dwellers and would either alter the memories of those to dare to change reality or erase it entirely. Ironically, they also use this technique on people who are deemed important and place them in a “bubble reality” in order to extract memories and thoughts in order to predict future events.

Syr'n is responsible for spreading the prophecy of the new flock destined to save the world, although they try to do minimal contact with the Chosen Ones so that they don't alter the events, but recently the first try did not work, so they are currently trying to save Terramania after The Coalescence Event had occurred, where the Black Opal escaped and caused massive destruction to the world, and now under the tyrannical control of the Actians.
